Holy cow! What a great experience. Duck pate, fantastic. Oysters, petite and sweet. Blue cheese topped tenderloin, rich and perfectly cooked. Our fantastic server Lorraine, cute as a button. Best yet, grab a bottle a wine for dinner or Togo, it's the best wine prices I've seen in years. Thanks guys!

We met 3 other couples here for a reaevation. We were seated right away, and where told to take the tour and learn how their wine samples work. We then proceeded to sample a few different wines, and wound up purchasing a bottle of cakebread from their store and paid the corking fee to drink it tableside. We tried the crab claw appetizer, it was outstanding! We didn't leave a drop. I had a bone in porkchop, my wife had the duck, both were excellent, but my porkchop was the best I have ever had. Michael, our server was very helpful throughout the evening, and we never felt rushed, which is good because we like to make a whole evening of our couples night out. He was attentive to our needs from start to finish. I highly recommend the food, and would suggest making a reservation, as the seating is limited.

My husband and i ordered a shared plate of cheeses and meat. The Brie with honeycomb and quince paste was amazing. The honey made the Brie melt in your mouth! My husband had a wheat pasta with grilled shrimp and really enjoyed it. It must have been really good because he is not a fan of wheat pasta. I had the sirloin, which was great, with snow peas and sautéed mushrooms. It was cooked perfectly!

Great service, great special, cool atmosphere, BUT it was completely dead Sunday evening. I think it was 7:30ish. It was more formal then I expected. Our server treated us like we were at the Ritz which was pleasant but unexpected. They had a special the included a soup or salad, a meal, and dessert. Plus bread and oil. I think each meal was 15 bucks each. Well worth it. We both got the lemon and bean soup to start. So good! I love lemon by my husband didn't like it. Go figure he's not a huge lemon fan! Werido should not have gotten it! Lol. For the meal I got the salmon with kale and couscous. It was perfect. The salmon was cooked perfect and smokey. Great combo with the two sides. For dessert he got the brownie and ice cream and I got the gelato sampler. It was good but I like the brownie better! Two things that I think they may want to work on 1. Our server was always watching us. From beginning to end I could always look up and see him starring at us. I understand we were there only table but it was a bit uncomfortable. 2. They asked us 3-4 times about wine. Right before we got sat down, again at the table---both by the hostess. Then twice by the server. It was kinda funny though. Overall I enjoyed it very much! Next time I'll get the wine! Lol.

Cool atmosphere once you get past the outer appearance. Relax and enjoy from a great variety of wines. Food is always fine. Specials augment the creative menu. Not a lot of light dishes on the menu. Quality products and good service.

Food was great and the wine selection is impressive. I like that they also serve some craft beer on draft since not every one of your friends might like wine. Good place for anybody to just relax. They have tables for dining, couches for drinking, bar seating, and a retail store! What more could you want? I had the Stack House Cab Sauv. and it was phenomenal. Can't wait to go back.

My husband and I dont have many "date nights". And on this particular night we decided to try Brix 33. And I cant wait to go back!!! We were greeted immediately and seated in the quaint lounge couches while our table was being prepared. The place was filled! Not a table was empty! (Great sign that the food is good) One of the owner's, Dan, came over to see that we were comfortable and made some wonderful wine reccomendations. We went with an amazing velvety Tuscan. Our server was knowledgeable and accomodating, suggesting the beef tenderloin from the chef specials. I was not disappointed! It was 2 and a half inches thick and HEAVENLY! Cooked and seasoned perfectly! Desert was just as delicious. Given the limited number of really good restaurants in the New Port Richey area, I will be recommending Brix 33 to all of my friends.

We went there for our date night. The place was very clean and comfortable. Over it was very enjoyable. We had app, soup, salad, main and dessert. Sirloin cooked perfect, the soup we got was cold so maybe its suppose to be that way. We should have asked on that one. Wife had the capellini with tofu. My wife had exactly one bite and could not eat it because of the huge amount of black pepper. We told the server and he offered to get us something else and we passed. When then ordered the gelato and the server told us that it was on the house. We were impressed that they would do that since we returned the other dish. Then the check came and the $15.00 capellini was still on there! Thats why they did not charge for the $7.00 gelato! If i knew i was paying for it i would have had it boxed for my dogs. We told the server that we thought we wouldnt pay for retuned food and his reply was "thats why the gelato was free". My wife said "how about we pay for the food we ate" and he replied with i have to ask the mgr. He came back and said "im just going to eat that capellini for you, and the gelato is still no charge". Here is my grief with this, he said it like he was doing us a huge favor. Why would they think we are paying for a plate we could not eat. It really ruined the over all experience. Below is a photo of the capellini as we sent it back.

We had a wonderful late supper on Mother's Day. The food, drinks and atmosphere were all fantastic. I can't wait to go back. This place is hidden in plain sight on Route 54 and is an excellent alternative to the myriad of chain restaurants up and down the street.

Food that we had was awesome! Service was friendly, though not fast. Food affordable. Pan seared-sea bass over cous cous, flavorful and rich the saffron broth was amazing (a wee but salty) perfectly cooked. The tenderloin tips for app are also very flavorful and rich. Cool atmosphere and I am sure their wine tasting events are great. Lost a few stars because they ran out of most of the specials, disappointing. Even more so because I read another review that said the same thing. So I hope the manager can figure out how to anticipate crowds and have all the food available, because if they do- this place will be a 5-star.

It's unfortunate that I have to write this negative review for Brix 33. I have gone to the restaurant two times and both times the food that comes to you is over done for steaks and has no seasoning. It seems the food doesn't match what the menu is telling you. For example, the menu has a side of horseradish mash potato it just taste like mash potatoes. The service is slow it took 30 minutes just to chill two bottles of white wine (which was on the per glass menu)--you get water one time and you will not see the waitress until you see the cold meal, under seasoned, and overdone--nothing that is described in the menu taste like it reads. What is really more unfortunate is that last night I brought my company(10 people) to the restaurant for our delayed Christmas party. We waited half an hour for the wine to be chilled, another 20 minutes for the food, which was mediocre, the service was mediocre, THEN after we had finished our meals, we were ask to vacate the table because they had another big party coming in!!!! OUTRAGEOUS! My hard earned $$ will not be stepping foot here again. And lastly doesn't the Chef belong in the kitchen tasting the food?.

Very surprised at what a gem this is. The location is deceiving. Inside is a beautiful setting & for a wine drinker, the selection they offer should make you very happy if not giddy. The food was delicious. All four entrées were met with resounding approval. Sadly, we were too full for dessert but they sounded delightful. When you go, ask for Michael. He is awesome.

The door was opened for us before we even got there with our wheelchair. Friendly greetings from the staff and sat right away. Food was absolutely delicious. We had the chicken prefix menu and the daily special braised pork shank. Everything was so good but the Brussel sprouts were the best we ever had. We will be back.

Cannot say enough good things about Trinity's newest Wine Bar and Restaurant! The wine selection in the shop is superb! Love the way the prices are marked also! Go around the corner to the bar and there are self service wine dispensers you would expect to see in South Tampa! There is a private room for functions which is a bit small but at the same time a nice option, no other local places offer this feature. The menu is incredible. Again, no other Trinity restaurant offers a "farm to table" selection. I can always count on enjoys the seasons best at Brix thanks to Rick and the CIA trained chef! Welcome to Trinity! Only Negative is sometimes the bar staff are a little too chatty. Chill! Let us enjoy my companions company and don't feel the need to always make small talk : )

Wow, great food and really good service. I had the smoked salmon which was cooked perfectly. The veal chorizo was new to me but an awesome appetizer. They had a wide variety of wine and craft beer along with plenty of help selecting a beverage if you need it.

Went there for our anniversary dinner and the only thing I can say is "Awesome". The food and service was the best. The Chefs even came out to visit with us. This is our special occasion restaurant. Plus the wine selection was the two of the line.

While in town for business, I found this little place on Yelp and decided to give it a try. Upon entering, I was not greeted so I took it upon myself to find my way to the bar. As I sat down at the bar, I was greeted by a man right away, however, he was not the bar tender. He was very nice and helpful. It took a few minutes for the bartender to come over, but seemed very nice. The restaurant was not particularly busy, although they did have one party in the back room. I really enjoyed the atmosphere. It did take quite a while for the bartender to come back to see if I was ready to order, I'd say 10 minutes give or take. I ordered one of the Chef's Specials, a grilled buffalo ribeye. Moments later, the sous chef came out to inform the bartender that they ran out of the ribeye due to the party. I changed my order to the sirloin from the everyday menu. When my food arrived, the presentation was traditional, nothing extravagant but nice. The sirloin was cooked nearly perfect, tad bit overdone for mid-rare, just a tad. The taste of the meat was very good, not grainy like sirloin can sometimes be. I was not offered a dessert menu, only more wine when I finished my meal. Durning my meal, it appeared that the chef, manager, and bartender seemed to be arguing as to how the bar cooler should be arranged. I found this to be rather disturbing. It may just be me, but doesn't the chef belong in the kitchen? Overall experience was pretty good, I think I'm a little biased having a background in this type of food service, but for the type of atmosphere they are portraying on the outside, they don't really live up to it inside. With that being said, however, it has only been a few months since they opened, this place has a lot of potential. If I come back to this side of the state, I would stop in again. If 3.5 stars was an option, I'd given it.

Entrees exceeded expectations after disappointing apps or " shareable" plates. All dinners and sides were good, especially brussel sprouts! Apps were small, seriously, who tries to sell one mushroom cap and half a red pepper for $11? Sad to say, cruvinet was weak, no Italian wines, A quarter of them were the same varietal, seriously, no Pinot grigio out of 16 offerings? Too many sweet, not enough dry wines. Service was wonderful, hope they work out the other kinks, could really use a place like this in our area!

Brix 33 is Here!! Rejoice! I went there for dinner not knowing what to expect. As I walked in and made my way to the bar I was greeted with smiles and warm handshakes. At the bar there were NO TV's!!! So instead of staring at a flat screen while I sipped my wine and ate my appetizer, I ended up socializing and had such a great time. Ok, now for the food and wine pairings. I'm not a wine expert but I do love a great tasting wine. I had an appetizer of squash and crab meat and had a glass of white wine the Chef recommended. It was unbelievable!!!! Then I had a small salad with Caesar dressing. For dinner I had steak, perfectly done, and another recommended glass of red wine. I have to say the food was full of flavor. The most delicious meal I've ever had. The menu selections were unique and creative and made from the finest ingredients. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. The service is top notch, with a smile!! I am definitely going to get a card for the wine tasting. The next time I'm there I'd like to try my palate at finding wines that make my taste buds dance. Brix 33 = Food, Wine, Service with a Smile, Friendly Faces, Warmth and Hospitality.... A Place You Will Want to go Back to Over and Over Again.

went to brix last sunday while I admit I though tit would be more "traditional italian" I was pleasently suprised at my good the food was my family and I ordered off the fixed specials ((19 dollars for soup or salad entree desert and a soda or tea)) I had the salmon my wife and mother in law had the chicken, we all enjoy our meals and the service given by Michael and Raquel was beyond great we will definatly return and recommend this place to anyone

Not good. C- we ordered 4 meals and the veggies were wrong on all 4. Wine is pricey. $10 for a 5 oz pore of BR Cohn! That's enough to get Bruce to start drinking again! Salmon was good. Both chicken. Entrees were undercooked. Waitress was new and uninformed. Would not go back. Would not recommend.

We visited this restaurant for dinner based on a recommendation from friends. I'm so glad we did. Since we love wine we were very impressed with the concept. They have a retail side with an awesome selection of California wines and some imports as well. You can buy a bottle there at a great price and pay a $10 corkage to open it up while you eat. The owner came and spoke to us and he was fantastic. His knowledge on wine was incredible and his hospitality is incredibly genuine. For dinner we started with a flatbread special. Entrees were steak and the Chardonnay chicken. We had the flourless chocolate cake for dessert. Every item we ordered was cooked perfectly and was absolutely delicious. The service was superb as well. You do not want to miss this place!!

Went there for our anniversary dinner and the only thing I can say is "Awesome". The food and service was the best. The Chefs even came out to visit with us. This is our special occasion restaurant. Plus the wine selection was the two of the line.
